You confirm you are the Guest that will be staying on the property (corporate rental requests, please contact our office).
You confirm you are of legal majority age based the laws of British Columbia.
You confirm you will be using the property for Guest accommodation purposes only (if you looking to use the property for a special event, a wedding, family reunion please contact our company before booking online). Stags and Stagettes are not allowed.
You can provide two pieces of valid government issue ID (one photo) plus the credit card used to pay for the rental at check-in to confirm identity.

Guests are required to fill out and sign the property Guest Agreement.
The Guest Agreement will be e-mailed to the you upon creation of your booking reservation.
You will need to print the Guest Agreement and return the Signed Copy to our office via FAX or PDF scan document and send via e-mail.
The fully executed Guest Agreement must be returned to our office within 24 hours of your booking.

Booking outside 45 days from your arrival date a deposit of 50% of the accommodation total plus applicable taxes and fees due at time of booking.
Booking inside 45 days prior to your arrival date, the full payment of the accommodation total plus applicable taxes and fees due at time of booking.

Processed within 7 days of your arrival date.
We per-authorize hold funds on your credit card for damage deposits on stays 31 nights or less.
We require a pre-paid damage deposit on bookings exceeding 31 nights.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and a Bank Wire Transfer are all accepted methods of payment.
All payments are in Canadian dollars.
All reservations must be secured by a credit card.

Check-in Time: 4:00 PM up until 10:00 PM
Check Out Time: 11:00 AM as early as 7:00 AM
Our Properties Require a Greeter to Meet You
Please Note: There is service fee of $50.00 plus applicable taxes for an after hours Check-In or Check-Out. The $50.00 fee also applies to Guest No Show Check-ins.
Ensure you book your travel times accordingly and to be in contact with our company in advance if you need to reschedule your property arrival or departure times. Greeters will only wait 30 minutes for your property arrival or departure time.

Pets are permitted in some of our vacation rentals. Please check with us before booking.
In properties that do not allow pets, any signs of pets the Guest is responsible for all cleaning costs.

No Smoking in any property.
Guests where found to have been smoking will be charged the full costs to clean the property.

Guests will be evicted for breach of contract, excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace, and unauthorized use of the property. Pets found on the property during the Guest stay where pets are not allowed. Smoking on the property where smoking is prohibited.

Guest is liable for all damage at the property incurred by the Guest and the Guest's invitees throughout the term of the Guest's stay.

We assume no liability. The Guest, and invitees of the Guest, agrees to be 100% liable for their own actions while staying on the property .
We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in any of our Vacation Rentals, while in transit to, or while staying at any of our owners listed rental properties.

Additional cleanings are required for stays longer than 1 month stays.
Additional cleanings can be ordered for a fee during your stay if required.

Parking is dependent on the accommodation you book.
The Guest is liable for the security of their vehicles while staying in any of the rental properties.

If the Guest cancels a reservation more than 45 days prior to the Check-in Date, there will be no refund of the reservation deposit.
If the Guest cancels a reservation less than 45 days prior to the Check-in Date and has made partial or full payment, there will be no refund of funds received.
If the property is able to find a substitute Guest for the same term and value as the original reservation, the Owner will refund any amounts received, less a cancellation fee of 25% of the total value of the booking.
There will be no refund in respect of unused days or early departure by the Guest.

The main floor was architecturally designed to capture views of the ocean whether you are sitting on the “cloud”couch, in the lounge area, on the large sun deck, or as you stand at the double oven, six burner gas stove. But, it certainly isn't the only thing that will take your breath away. All angles of the home showcase BC's famous West Coast living: mountains, water and lush greenery! From Bowen Island to Cypress Mountain, from sea to sky, this is your backyard. The two story window flanking the staircase, gazing at Cypress are your steps to the built in coffee machine. Espresso, Cappuccino, tea, juice... whatever you wish to start your day. When the day winds down, the sliding wall of windows at the bar open up to overlook immense greenery and nature. Wine from the wall or spirits from the bar will compliment the scenery nicely.

To capture the full essence of this home is impossible, unless it is felt. Your vacation only really begins until you pull up to the private gates property and embrace the sprawling yard, the endless windows, the ocean and mountains. There are three patios. One, the barbecue patio off the sprawling kitchen, overlooks the entire side of Cypress Mountain. The front patio, which has a covered portion with two large skylights and an open portion with fire pit are all overlooking the ocean. Watching the sailboats, ferries, or the incredibly peaceful sunsets nourish the soul. After the sun sets, don't forget to gaze up at the stars while enjoying the fire. The sky sparkles with diamonds as there is no competing light from the city at this tranquil location.

The main floor boasts four bedrooms. The master has its own walk out patio equipped with a hot-tub. A soaker tub, oversized walk in shower with jets, rain shower and wand, double sinks and a private lavatory are all part of the massive master bedroom bathroom. The TV in the master can be viewed from both the king size bed or the seating area. It simply is a retreat, a place that is almost impossible to leave. The built ins are in every room of the home so it's made for very easy, clean living. Fresh white linens, large over-size windows looking onto lush greenery and full privacy, create rooms that provide peaceful memories. There are two king size beds, two queen size beds. All with top of the line, pillow top, lush mattresses. We believe that where you rest is so incredibly important. The moment you lay your head down, this feeling will be felt.

The third floor is what we call fun and functional. Fully equipped with radiant in floor heat, as the rest of the home, you can set the family or friends up with TV, darts, ping pong, and many more fun games. It is also a space to charge your car if needed.
The yard, 13,000 sq ft of flowing greenery, floral, privacy and fresh air. There wasn't a moment missed when planning this home. Parking for at least ten cars in the gated driveway, two garage stalls and ample street parking. The home is located on the ocean in a quaint, private location.

There is no through traffic, only an exit to have you downtown in 15 minutes or to whistler for a quick 60 minute ride. A 15 minute boat ride to Bowen, a 3 minute ride to Sunset Beach or Horseshoe Bay for both the ferries or the incredible walks, dinners or ice cream. Cypress mountain and all the activities it offers is 15 minutes away. Public transit is walking distance, so is access to the water. Steps from the home to the renowned West Coast Citrus Park where people from around the world come to free dive. One minute north is Sunset Marina, if by chance you are looking for a private boat launch.
