Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Balance is collected by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
