Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer Short notice requests can only be paid by PayPal.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1000 USD.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 15 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. Fee of 150.00 USD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 0 weeks) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 95.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.
