Booking Deposit
1st month rent plus damage deposit is due at booking.
Payment Balance
Rent is due monthly.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1800 CAD is due immediately.
