Booking Procedures & Policies


Payment Policy:
Confirmed reservations are subject to a non-refundable two night deposit and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations:
Confirmed reservations cancelled outside of 30 days are subject to a 2 night cancellation fee while cancellations made inside 30 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture.

Check In / Out:
Please ensure guests are given our contact phone number, in case they have any difficulties locating our office. Check in time is guaranteed for 4pm and check out time is 10am. If possible, please provide us with your guest’s estimated time of arrival.

Housekeeping:
All homes and condominiums are supplied with fresh towels, linens and toiletries upon arrival. One mid-stay clean is included on stays of 8 nights or more with additional housekeeping available upon request for a minimal cost.

Minimum Age Requirement:
Any bookings for guests under 25 years of age must be pre-approved. We retain the right to refuse access or evict guests from any property if the age requirement is not met or if the reservation was made under false pretences. No refund will be provided in the event of eviction or disallowed access due to age restrictions

Security Deposit:
At check-in, all guests will be required to provide a credit card security deposit of $500 - $1000 and proof of identification. No third party credit cards can be accepted for the security deposit.

Skiing at Whistler Nice quiet place within ten minutes to parking in lot 6 for free. Hot tub helped the sore muscles with very comfortable couches and beds. Kitchen was newer and everything functioned as intended. Outstanding view of Blackcomb mountain and I loved watching the groomers do night work. The 10 digit combination to get in the building was a little much but after a few tries we always got in. So great I didn't want to leave a review for others to see! Perfect location in Whistler to relax and enjoy. We are a family of 4 with children ages 11 and 13. The apartment met all of our needs. Ironwood, great spot Excellent 2 weeks at Ironwood. View was spectacular, brilliant sunshine & blue skies every day. Great location, easy walking access to village & Creekside for hiking, biking and dinners. A very enjoyable and unforgetable stay with amazing views We had a splendid time, starting with great service provided by Whisthler Superior Properties personnel. The apartment was nicely decorated and fully equiped. We loved to spend time in the terrace and the jacuzzi after biking all day in summer time. We are a family of five and fit perfectly.. Other ammenities such as the swimming pool were were perfect. All was perfectly clean.

Located in the exclusive Blueberry Hill neighbourhood, the Ironwood complex is situated approx. 1.5kms south of Whistler Village. Guests can access Whistler Village and the Ski Area via a 15-20 minute walk on the Valley Trail, catching a transit bus from in front of the building or driving about 2-3 minutes. This renovated and modern Ironwood condominium overlooks the Whistler Golf Course with stunning views of Blackcomb Mountain from the large deck and through a giant, wall-sized window in the dining area. This one level, end-unit has an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is sleeping for up to six people with a Queen sized bed in the master bedroom, a King sized bed in the second bedroom and a Queen sized sofabed in the living area. The bathrooms have both been completely updated, one ensuite off the master bedroom with rain shower and soaker tub and the second with a rain shower also.
