Property is NOT waterfront or within 30 minute drive of a lake, ocean or river.
Lost Lake is 1/2 hour flat easy walk along the valley trail which is a pedestrian walkway or you can ride bikes. The Chalet borders on Lost Lake Park land. There is a nice paving stone patio directly in front of the unit for spring and summer enjoyment. Lost Lake is a refreshing place to swim in the summer. The water is cool but in August it is really refreshing. There is a great floating dock which kids like and it is safe for kids and has a perfect sandy beach for making sand castles. Canoes and kayaks are permitted. The lake is too small for wind-surfing.
Ski/Board Out is a 20 minute walk from the property
It's a 7 minute walk to the Blackcomb Wizard Express or a 10 to 12 minute walk to the Excalibur and Whistler Gondola. Or, if you are really lazy, the bus stop is 2 minutes away or a cab ride is about 6 dollars (CAD). Look for "D-3" on Resort Map.

This comfortable suite has everything you need for a great vacation. It's an easy walk to Blackcomb or Whistler (7 to 12 minutes) and Lost Lake is directly behind the chalet where you can walk along the valley trail to the Park or Cross country ski in the winter. Tennis court is at the end of the block. Groceries, restaurants, and wine and beer store are a 5 minute walk. Chalet is nice and quiet and suite has a huge 2 person jacuzzi tub exclusive to the suite so you can enjoy a relaxing jacuzzi after a day on the slopes, or after mountain biking in the summer. Sunny hillside location.

Air conditioning is not necessary as this suite is located in a well built chalet so it is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Upon request you can use the washer and dryer in the main chalet laundry room.
