Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM
The Whitefoot unit by-laws allow the manager to evict renters who make excessive noise from the building. If evicted for noise, the renters will not be refunded any portion of their rental monies and any expenses such as fines will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
No smoking inside unit, in the unit foyer, building hallways or parking garage. Smoking in the unit will result in forfeiture of damage deposit.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements.
Adult guests must be 23 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.

Services & Fees

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
A minimum "Fine" of 100.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 180.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
This price quoted includes a regular unit clean after your departure. Basically a regular clean requires leaving the place as you found it including loading and running the dishwasher and removing all garbage and recycling from the unit. Extra cleaning required beyond the regular clean as a result of renters use with be deducted from the damage deposit.

There is no cleaning/maid service available.

This immaculate condo surpassed all our expectations. It was cozy and we felt right at home. The owners put special thought and care into providing all the amenities to meet our needs for our stay. We were a little confused at arrival wondering whether we were in the right location, and we were very grateful that the hosts were available to take our call and reassure us. The location is perfect for ski-out and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this exact location for another stay in the future.

We have previously rented three other condos near the village, and this one is the best so far. The others were very nice and comfortable, and we were happy with our stay, but this one has all the extras - washer and dryer, dishwasher, ski storage. Also, the location can’t be beat.

We loved staying at this condo. It was in the best location possible, ski-in/ski-out, and right next to the ski school. Restaurants and the market were very close too. The condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was a delight to deal with. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Big White.

This definitely feels like a home away from your regular home. It's very comfortably designed and decorated, has all the kitchen tools and gadgets one needs, and even had its fridge stocked with condiments, and pantry stocked with spices. Other places we've stayed at in Big White always lacked something in the kitchen, but not this gem. One of our favorite things to do when resting from snowboarding, was people watching through the big windows facing the center of the village. Whenever we go back to Big White, this is the unit we will try to book.

Perfect spot on the mountain! True ski in and ski out location. The unit itself was just perfect also! Nicely set out and very modern and clean, we just loved it! The owners were so friendly and great to communicate with during our reservation process and during our stay. Great view into town. Would definatly recommend a holiday in this condo! This condo is situated right in the heart of big white village and is well stocked with utensils , crockery and cutlery, all you will ever need. The owner is very approachable and helpful and gives out all the information you'll need . Grab your equipment , leave the building by the main entrance and you're at the top of the run which takes you to plaza chair and snow ghost/ ridge express, perfect. Ski into the village at the end of your day and you're right by white foot lodge, the condo couldn't be better located. The condo itself is nicely decorated and made a great base for the four of us.

What a great trip. Location, Location, Location. We could sit in our condo and watch all the skiers go by. Walk down stairs and drop off my son at the ski school. Even the grocery shopping was in the building. Everything was so convenient. We had 5 people staying in the unit and it was very comfortable. We even had dinner for 10 and made it work. The owner was awesome to work with. Go and have a great family vacatiton.
