Directly situated oceanfront, in the monumental city center of Willemstad (Pietermaai District). This Beach House In Pietermaai is located very quiet and secluded, it offers a lot of privacy. Relaxing on the wooden pier above the sea you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets and watch the yachts and cruise ships navigating in and out of the harbor. Or enjoying the historic city with the famous pontoon bridge, the colored houses and excellent restaurants all within a short walking distance.
A perfect accommodation for your well-deserved holiday or honeymoon. The Beach House offers a complete kitchen with a cookery island, dishwasher, oven, coffee Nespresso Machine, smoothie blender and a large refrigerator-freezer combination with an ice machine. And of course sea view during cooking. For even more relaxing moments you will find a SONOS sound system, Smart-tv in living- and bedroom, a book case and board games are available for even more relaxing moments.
At the pool are sun beds with very comfortable mattresses, different seating areas with sun and shadow, a hammock and a BBQ. The master bedroom with sea view through the large sliding doors, is furnished with a luxury box spring bed (2-2 meters). The bedroom has a smooth airco and ceiling ventilator. A walk-in closet to store your clothes and luggage easily. Also a Smart-tv you'll find in your bedroom. The master bathroom offers two rain showers, double sinks, hair dryer and large mirrors and a separate toilet. The Beach House Pietermaai is suitable for 4 people. A separate bed- and bathroom is located oceanfront. Ideal for 2 couples or parents with 2 or more children. Besides the bedrooms, children can sleep on the large comfortable sleeping sofa in the living room (with airco). (Also baby crib available).
Beach House Pietermaai exudes luxury and relaxation, with a hotel feeling. Enjoy your spectacular view of the ocean right from your pool, a hammock, or a lounging chair. Beach House Pietermaai has always been thoroughly and professionally cleaned. The house is cleaned with disinfectants and a Karcher steam cleaner. We also use standard extra cushion protection covers. We follow the guidelines from RIVM (Europe) and CDC - WHO (USA)

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 90 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 5.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Cash
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 145.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay.
