Property is NOT waterfront or within 30 minute drive of a lake, ocean or river. Ski/Board Out is a 10 minute drive to the ski resort parking lot. Ski/Board In is a 10 minute drive from the resort parking lot.
Backing onto a quiet wooded area with a natural marsh. Ski Out: Between the complex across the road (called Chicamon Springs) and it's neighbour McGinty Landing, is a trail that takes you to the ski lifts. It is an easy trail, an can be skied or walked. Ski In: Returning to the complex depends on the weather conditions and on snow removal. When there is alot of snow, you can ski back to the complex. When there is not alot of snow, it is a one block walk back. Look for "D-3" on Resort Map.

There is a 30-day cancellation policy for most of the year and a 75-day cancellation policy for Christmas and New Year’s bookings. If you cancel with 30 days notice or more (75 days notice or more for Christmas and New Year’s bookings), your deposit less a 10% of accommodation cost cancellation fee plus tax will be refunded to you. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival (75 days for Christmas and New Year’s bookings) are non refundable. However, a credit for the full amount minus a 10% of accommodation cost cancellation fee plus tax will be held for you and can be applied to another reservation anytime in the 12 month period from the arrival date of the original reservation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your arrival date are non-refundable.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 2 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival.

This "pet friendly" 2bdrm + Loft Kimberley Alpine Resort townhome offers great value for golfers, skiers, and families.

The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The living area is complete with flat-screen TV, DVD, stereo, and gas fireplace. Access to the west facing patio with BBQ and private hot tub is off the living area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed w ensuite and TV. The second bedroom has two double beds with shared ensuite. The spacious loft area features a king size bed, ensuite, and TV.

We supply fresh linens, towels, dishcloths, soaps, and paper products. Pet Fee: $25 per night, or $100 for 4 night stays or longer.

Willow Vistas Community Information

Willow Vistas Vacation Rental Community - Amenities - Building 'A' of Willow Vistas was built in 2005, and building 'B' in 2008. They have outdoor parking, a fire pit (wood can be purchased in Kimberley) and shuttle bus available.
