Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.90 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) , Venmo

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 84 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellation more than 12 weeks prior to arrival, guests would receive a refund of payments minus the 25% booking deposit. Cancellation within 12 weeks of arrival, there is no refund.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM
