The new Margaritaville is 10 minutes away and offers a dine-In movie theatre, tons of restaurants, state of the art water park, and weekend festivities such as car shows, an artisan market, and evening concerts with various artists. 60 to 90 Minutes away from Central Florida's most popular beaches such as Clearwater and Cocoa beaches. Minutes to golf courses, Lake Louise, Formosa, and Lakeridge Winery, TREX Outdoor Adventures, shopping at Posner Mall, The Outlets, and many others. Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Stripe, Zelle

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 1 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 1 days of departure.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 175.00 USD is charged for every 4 day(s).(based on a minimum of 14 days)(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
