Let's step outside to our covered Lanai offering outdoor dining and an outdoor fan with a few lounge chairs and a propane barbecue grill. Inside you will find beautifully decorated themed rooms and lots of space for the entire family...Including a fully stocked kitchen to cook your favorite meals. But wait...There's more. The Resort offers all the amenities that you can imagine...Including a lazy river, water park, miniature golf, clubhouse restaurant and bars, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, game arcade, family cabanas, and children's play area to name a few...Too much to list....You will not be bored vacationing with us. Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Stripe, Zelle

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due 1 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 1 days of departure.
