Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 USD is due 1 days prior to arrival.

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
