Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. Stripe
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately.
