The home itself is located in a quiet, forested area of Lake Country directly on the lake--a town just minutes north of Kelowna. It's a great vacation escape from the noise. Interaction with Guests I'm in and out throughout the day and very friendly so feel free to chat. :) The Neighbourhood I love the serenity and that the home is settled into a beautiful wooded area. Other Things to Note Four bedrooms large kitchen and living room with 2 bathrooms. House Rules Given that this is my home and I'm sharing some of the common areas, unfortunately I cannot allow pets (as they tend to ruin furniture) nor partying. I'm not averse to you staying up and having drinks on the patio, but noise levels must remain respectable especially after dark. Smoking outside only.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Parking

Parking is free.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 CAD is due immediately.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm. Check-in is not possible after mid-night.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 180.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
