Great Place for a Family!!!! We were there for a long weekend with the family, married children and grandkids. The adults took the bedrooms and the kids had the basement living area as their room. It came equipped with colors, markers, color books, books, and games. The house came with everything that we needed to have great trip. Perfect size. Everyone had their own space, but the living area was enough to hold the entire group.<br/><br/>The management company was very professional and great to work with.<br/><br/>NOTE: Don't bring extra blankets. We always do, but the house comes with more blankets than you will need.

Great spot for a family The house was nice and clean. Has a great location for skiing as it is right across the street from the free lots. Great set up for families with small child as there are 2 Tv areas.

Wonderful Place We had a great time in this beautiful place. The hot tub was awesome. The location was close to the slopes. And the place was very clean and warm. I recommend staying here.

They Are Listening This is a very nice condo and we just happened to have numerous issues with the management company. The wifi and television did not work the first two days because ice evidently cut the cable. The previous tenants had a cat that peed in a closet and the smell grew as the carpet cleaning dried. We found a vaping device in the couch downstairs. The lock on the front door was broken when we came back one afternoon so we had to stay outside for quite some time. The management company was extremely short staffed and only had one person working for Colorado&#x2019;s spring break. She did deal with the items, but she was in the condo for hours at a time when we were trying to have family time. The biggest issue was the noise monitoring. We had several texts saying they had noise complaints and that they were concerned about our safety. We were too tired (and old) after a day on the slopes to be loud, so we asked about it and they were very evasive. The manager who finally called back claims it only monitors decibel levels and evidently the technology is not great as it happened when we were doing dishes. We don't have anything to hide, but it's all very big-brother and very disconcerting. I&#x2019;m still not convinced it&#x2019;s simply decibel monitoring and not more. Perfect cabin for our group ski trip! We were very impressed with our cabin! Three of the four rooms had king beds, and the living areas were very spacious. The two car parking was very helpful, and it was nice being near the bus stop! The view and hot tub were wonderful. Very cozy!

Perfect slope-side rental, beautiful views This was ideal for two families with separate living areas and masters for the parents. The views were beautiful and access to the mountain was easy! Parking was a bit challenging with the rental next door arriving with 5-6 cars, depending on the day. Gorgeous Property The property is impeccably maintained and affords excellent views of the slopes of the Winter Park Resort. It provides ample living space with an executive kitchen. This gorgeous 4BR/3.5BA end-unit townhome features luxurious new furnishings and amenities, providing an exceptional space for families and groups to enjoy mountain memories together. LIVING AREAS

This spacious home features two inviting living areas. The main living room is furnished with a plush sofa and three armchairs. At the end of an exhilarating day on the slopes, enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the 40” TV with cable.

The second living room is located downstairs and has a large sectional sofa and 35” TV. This room also provides a queen-size inflatable bed for additional sleeping space.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The chef in your group will appreciate the gas range and stainless steel appliances.

Perch at the breakfast bar with seating for three or gather the whole group at the six-person dining room table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Your stylish three-story home sleeps up to eight guests between the four bedrooms and an inflatable queen-size mattress in the second living room. Three full bathrooms and a half bath are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities.
