Great get away Great location, new clean place perfectly equipped kitchen- our family of 4 couldn’t have been happier!

Nice Place but..... Let me start by stating the unit is nice and location is ideal right in town. The night before I requested the codes for the building and unit as I had an early check in at 1200. I never received the codes. Upon arrival I still had not received the codes and didn't until 645pm. After unpacking my family we found out the code to the building did not work and was told it would be an hour before they fixed them. At 745 we got the new codes and made our way up to our unit. However, those codes didn't work as well. So we repacked our things and left to eat dinner because we couldn't get in to cook. After speaking with 3 people from Turnkey, we finally received the correct codes around 800pm. I was actually asked by Turnkey if I was at the correct building and unit. A bit insulting. After entering we found the unit a bit out or sorts...drill bits on the counters, painters tape on the showers, carpet pieces on the floor from the install. Extra sheets and towels were in original packaging so they were obviously not washed prior to our arrival. They market the living space as a sleeping area due to the sofa couch, but had no window coverings. 600am sunrise was tough. Then came the 330am bobcat removing snow, and again at 630am. The next day we left to ski and forgot something in the unit only to realize we were locked out again and the codes would not work. My wife waited for the local Turnkey rep for an hour to be let back in. Another wasted morning. Turnkey was courteous, however they offered me $50 for the troubles we encountered!!!! What a joke. Unfortunately the owners will suffer until Turnkey figures it out. I am still waiting to hear from Turnkey Management on a remedy for the issues we encountered Response from TurnKey Vacation Rentals; Wednesday, March 4, 2020 Hi Greg, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and we’re glad you found our place to be nice and the location perfect being right in town. With that being said, we sincerely apologize your stay was not as great as it should have been. We did not realize the Homeowners Association had done a mass update on the locks and therefore the codes we gave you did not work. We have since followed up with them and this should not be an issue moving forward. We do apologize the home was not ready when you arrived and we would have gladly sent out the housekeeper to correct these issues for you. Please be assured we value your feedback and have passed your comments along to the homeowner regarding the window coverings. We’re sorry you were awakened by the bobcat removing snow, unfortunately, this is something out of our control. We do realize they get an early start on the snow removal to ensure guests can get out of the units to start their day.
