Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival, your rent will be refunded less a $100 handling fee.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200.00 CAD is due immediately.

Big White Homes for Rent
You've heard me say it before in my travels and I'll say it again, location, location! This property is very well situated in the heart of Big White with less than a 5 minute walk to almost anywhere. Ski in/out is extraordinary, no walking or hiking required, just strap the skiis on and away you go. I really enjoyed watching people ski down the Perfection run right out the front window. There aren't too many properties that you can do that on the mountain. The interior was very clean and modestly decorated, providing great value to any family. This top floor unit is ideal for a very quite nights sleep and the best view in the complex. I know you will enjoy the ski in/out aspect of this property so I award this property my Seal of Approval.

The apartment was a lovely surprise. Reasonable rates, lots of room, and very comfortable. The location was great, just off the Perfection run and the views from our panoramic windows were wonderful.

The first thing that hit us when entering the apartment was the amazing view of the Perfection run. Its a blue run, so you can ski-in/ski-out from there.
The apartment was situated just behind Sessions pub, but it was far enough away that there were no noise issues. The village was less than a 5 minute walk (except in ski boots).
It was well furnished, the broiler didn't work, but that wasn't an issue for us. A bit dated perhaps, but again not an issue. (probably why its a bit cheaper than other apartments) Apparently there is a hot tub, however there was no mention of it in the apartment, so we never found it. (Didn't try too hard to be honest). The apartment manager was very easy to communicate with, and lives in the building.
There are 3 flights of stairs to get up, with all your gear, and if you are in the top bunk, condensation drips on you. Those were probably the only negatives.
I think it was value for money.

There is no better location at Big White than Winter Ridge. Ski in. Ski out. This unit faces one of the main runs, called Perfection (and it is just that). The unit itself was a bit "tired" with weak shower pressure and a fairly noisy fridge, but nothing can replace the view and the convenience of this spot. Special thanks to the building super for always making it an easy stay at Big White.

We stayed with our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Basic comfort, with kitchen well equipped. Great view that made it hard for our kids to stay inside, which allowed us to finish our coffee while we could see them playing outside in the snow. Nothing more to wish for. Needless to say, that the ski-in ski-out was great. It's a top floor, which means it was nicely quiet but also quite some stairs to take. But since that's the only thing in between clicking on skies and putting your feet up to rest, not a problem, and even our 3 year old managed to go down and up by himself with his ski boots on.
A bit tight with five people, but beds were good and luckily we brought one mattress for our youngest to lay on.
We would come again a next time!

We had a really nice stay here. The condo was cozy and clean (the kitchen cabinets were the only thing that weren't really clean). It wasn't newly renovated or anything, but it has a great view of the run outside, a nice fireplace, and was quite comfortable. But the hike to the top floor was more than we anticipated. Lugging all of your stuff, including ski equipment up and down those stairs was a workout! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay but we might think twice about bringing so much to carry upstairs next time!

Overall the property was more than sufficient as a ski in ski out location. There are 45 stairs between the condo and the slopes, so in ski boots it's a bit "lumpy" going up and down the stairs. That's no big deal, but it's a consideration for some. We found the location being close to the village very good. The view was beautiful, the kitchen a bit old but functional, bathroom fine and functional, the bedrooms a bit pokey but with lots of storage and the lounge area more than big enough to handle our group of 4.
All in all I'd give this unit 3.5 out of five.
I would happily stay in it again given the price of it. We found leftover condiments in the unit which we presumed were for general consumption e.g. olive oil, tea, butter, herbs and spices etc. All came in handy.

I guess to be fair we stayed in a 4.5 star condo the week before in Sun Peaks (that cost A LOT more than this one) so by comparison this cheaper unit was a bit less sumptuous but never the less comfortable and functional

Fantastic location - ski-in/out, very close to market/Village, beautiful view of Perfection run! The building was quiet and the wood fireplace was a treat! The unit was older and a bit dated (had a bit of a musty smell when we arrived, but it went away after our first aromatic meal was cooked). Bedrooms small, but beds were good (top bunk was a bit hard). Storage/boot up area in hallway was great, but I was nervous to leave equipment there overnight (though we left it out and nothing was ever moved/touched there in our 3 days). 3 Flights of stairs & no elevator was a bit of a drawback for packing on the arrival and departure days. Driveway was icy & a bit steep - we couldn't make it out one afternoon, had to wait till it was plowed the next day (they plow around 10am there) and then was not too bad at all. Property Manager was great - very helpful!

This is a secret cozy getaway that works at all levels. Very sunny and beautiful view overlooking the ski run "Perfection". Kitchen is up to date and functional, bedrooms are comfortable with lots of cubbies for ski gear. Nicely located away from others but within steps to Village amenities. Excellent caretakers who deliver great service.
