Description
This luxurious 4-bedroom + sleeping den home has a cathedral ceiling in the living room that allows for massive nearly floor-to-ceiling windows which let in tons of natural sunlight, and provides a great view of MT morrisey, too. Open concept from this very welcoming living room is the dining area that seats 7 at the table and 4 at the bar, and the very spacious full kitchen. Right off of the dining area is a private balcony with a patio set, perfect for a summer barbecue. There's also a private balcony with seating off of the master bedroom, too. This is the perfect home for anyone that loves entertaining. The woodhaven complex is located in east sun peaks, about a 20 minute walk from the village, though this offers more privacy and less bustle than almost anywhere else. It's located between the green of #14 and the tee box of #15 of the golf course. Ski-in from the east village connector on sundance, and ski-out over to morrisey.
Top Of The Mountain does provide some basic amenities such as : Bedding is provided ( pillow cases , Bed Sheets, Blankets). Shampoo , Conditioner , Body Wash, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper and Towels for the bathrooms. Paper towels, Dish soap , Dishwasher pods, Washing cloths, Drying towels, Coffee , Coffee filters, Assorted Teas, Sugar, Salt & Pepper, Garbage bags and Recycling bags for the kitchen area. Laundry Pods are included.
Please note that the rates apply to 8 guests. Should there be additional guests, up to the maximum of 11, an extra person fee may apply.

Booking Deposit
The first night's rental plus booking fee and applicable taxes OR 25% of the Owner's rent (whichever is greater) is taken as a deposit.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Telephone Fee
The property does not have a phone.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of making the booking and still outside 30 days prior to the arrival date, only the booking fee will be forfeit. The full deposit is forfeit after 48 hours from the initial booking while still 30 days outside of your arrival date. The remainder of your payment for the booking is taken 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking payment. A partial refund may still be provided if the accommodation can be rented for any portion of the time you originally booked. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival have a 24 hour grace period during which only the booking fee will be retained if you cancel.
To cancel your booking, you must send us an email requesting we cancel your reservation. This request must be made from the email address we have associated with the booking in our system. Once we have received your cancellation request, we will return the inventory to availability and do our best to rebook the dates previously held for you and will provide refunds in accordance with the policy above.

Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. An online damage/liability agreement must be signed (a major credit card is required to be on file) prior to your arrival date. Any damages or violations of the damage/liability agreement will be charged to the credit card on file. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
