Description
Woodhaven is one of the furthest east complexes in Sun Peaks, which means you have plenty of buffer from the noise and bustle of the main village and convenient access to the best runs on Orient and Morrisey. This Woodhaven unit is a lovely private end terrace, with eye-catching views of Mt. Morrisey and Todd Mt. 4 bedrooms and a den are comfortably spread throughout the house providing privacy for all of you. 3 bedrooms with queen beds are upstairs and the fourth bedroom with a tri-bunk and the den with a sofa bed are downstairs. There are 3 and a half bathrooms to manage getting out in the morning. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, or if you're in the mood, throw some steaks on the outside BBQ and enjoy the view. Restaurants are only a short walk into the beautiful Sun Peaks village. This house has a big dining table for 8 with 4 additional seats by the breakfast bar, there are 2 TV watching areas in the combined living - dining area and in the den, complimentary Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer, and is ski-in - ski-out. This unit is 1800 sq. Ft. And can sleep up to 11 people. Only 2 Parking spots: 1 car in the garage and 1 car out front. This complex is approximately a 15 - 20 minute walk to the main village, or a 3 - 5 minute drive to the main Day Lodge parking lot. The next closest complexes are Echo Landing to one side, and Settler's Crossing and Stone's Throw just past that. SKI-IN - SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, use Rambler to get on the East Village Ski Way and follow this down past the Skier Overpass to return to the complex. From the top of Orient, use the Czesc run to connect to the top of the East Village Ski Way. To ski-out, near the first entrance of the complex you can get on the East Village Ski Way and head down to the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. You will be required to cross the street.
Top Of The Mountain does provide some basic amenities such as : Bedding is provided ( pillow cases , Bed Sheets, Blankets). Shampoo , Conditioner , Body Wash, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper and Towels for the bathrooms. Paper towels, Dish soap , Dishwasher pods, Washing cloths, Drying towels, Coffee , Coffee filters, Assorted Teas, Sugar, Salt & Pepper, Garbage bags and Recycling bags for the kitchen area. Laundry Pods are included.
Please note that the rates apply to 8 guests. Should there be additional guests, up to the maximum of 11, an extra person fee may apply.

Booking Deposit
The first night's rental plus booking fee and applicable taxes OR 25% of the Owner's rent (whichever is greater) is taken as a deposit.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Telephone Fee
The property does not have a phone.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of making the booking and still outside 30 days prior to the arrival date, only the booking fee will be forfeit. The full deposit is forfeit after 48 hours from the initial booking while still 30 days outside of your arrival date. The remainder of your payment for the booking is taken 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking payment. A partial refund may still be provided if the accommodation can be rented for any portion of the time you originally booked. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival have a 24 hour grace period during which only the booking fee will be retained if you cancel.
To cancel your booking, you must send us an email requesting we cancel your reservation. This request must be made from the email address we have associated with the booking in our system. Once we have received your cancellation request, we will return the inventory to availability and do our best to rebook the dates previously held for you and will provide refunds in accordance with the policy above.

Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. An online damage/liability agreement must be signed (a major credit card is required to be on file) prior to your arrival date. Any damages or violations of the damage/liability agreement will be charged to the credit card on file. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
