The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Deposit is refunded by cheque in Canadian dollars.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
