Description
This private lakefront suite overlooks the water from the midpoint of the shoreline, giving a broad vista of Cottage Lake and the surrounding area. It is the lower floor of our home, in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street, in the heart of Woodinville wine country. Facing east, it offers a clear view of the sunrise, weather permitting. The guest hot tub is by the upper deck, with two kayaks, a single and a double, by the fire pit under the gazebo on the lower deck. Eagles from a nearby nest soar frequently over the water, which is filled with waterfowl, otters, beavers and trout. Deer occasionally wander into the yard. The suite consists of five rooms; a bedroom. Living room, snack room and office with views of the lake, and a full guest bathroom. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a Keurig coffee maker, soft robes and slippers. The living room has a private entrance, with the hot tub right outside the door. It has a cushy couch and chair, coffee and dining table, cable tv, movies, music and DVD players, games and a library with a wide selection of books. Breakfast is served in suite or outdoors. The snack room has various snacks, water, plus utensils, plates, cups and napkins. The office has a spacious desk and WiFi. The bathroom is equipped with linens, toiletries and a hair dryer. Massage and yogas sessions may be arranged in suite with prior notice. We have lived here since 1978 and are pleased to welcome you to what is for us a magical spot. We hope your stay here is as conducive to your enjoyment and peace of mind as it has been for for us.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
