Skiing, snowboarding, sleigh rides, hiking, biking, swimming resorts, national parks, camping and much more. Excellent bus transportation to your driveway, but the walk is beautiful to town. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 EUR.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 1 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 15.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
