Upgraded hardware and stainless-steel appliances: stove, built-in oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A partially open-concept kitchen leads to the dining room and living room. Main Living Room has a 60' LCD TV with w Blue-Ray/DVD player. The house has 200 mg high-speed wireless internet. The home has central air and heat. The game room is located in the garage right off the living room. The game room has Ping Pong, a billiards table, and toys. Strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and booster seats are available for your infants and toddlers. Also located in the garage is a full-size washer and dryer. Located off of the dining room, through French doors, is the rear yard with a beautiful pool with an in-ground Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs. This house SLEEPS 13 in beds, and MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined) Maximum Vehicles 2. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. There is a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee of $55/day plus tax, to heat pool to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102, not included in pricing All major credit cards are accepted. Pricing does not include $300 Refundable Security Deposit. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras, and there are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that includes but is not limited to; pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.
