The apartment has 2 en-suite bedrooms all with sea views, a separate guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen, separate A - C in each room and sleeps up to 5 people. Large covered terrace of 107 m2 with jacuzzi and shower. East facing, so never too warm and always a nice sea breeze. Ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Direct access to the gardens, swimming pool and private beach. For beach lovers there are two other beaches, one at 5 minutes drive, where you find a fantastic beach and restaurant on 5 km of white sand and palm trees or the 2nd beach, at 10 minutes drive you will find a nice Beach Club and restaurant. Both can be easily reached with a golf cart (can be rented at the Marina). The Marina is fully operational; it has numerous restaurants and boutiques on site. Golf lovers will enjoy 2 well designed golf courses. At 10 minutes drive there is a big supermarket and nice little restaurants. The International Airport is only 10 minutes drive from the apartment. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, or bringing the whole family, the apartment has everything you need to enjoy. You will come back!

Payment Balance
The balance of payment is due 30 days before arrival.

A refundable security/damage deposit of 5000 USD is due 7 days before arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
