Our beautiful 3-bedroom villa is in Briargrove and close to Kissimmee, Orlando and Disney enabling you to return for lunch and a quick dip in the pool before going back to Disney for the evening's festivities. It is also close to all the theme parks, shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Publix is only 2 min drive away, As well as the major theme parks, you will also find activities such as golf, fishing, jet skiing, bungee jumping, go-karting, horseback riding, air boats within easy reach. There are 5 golf courses all within 10 miles of the villa.

The south-facing pool and lanai are 21 by 34 foot. The pool is completely screened and is in an unusually large garden which is completely fenced in and, therefore, private. It is furnished with luxury furniture including loungers, ottomans and a table and chairs with umbrella. The lounge/dining area has a laminated wood floor and alarmed French windows leading to the pool. The breakfast bar is open to the kitchen area. The room has a cable television, DVD and CD players and 2 large, comfortable sofas. The dining area has a table that comfortably seats 6.
