Payment Methods

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 300.00 EUR.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is due 21 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500.00 EUR, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
