Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. A security deposit of 500.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 180.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Parking
Parking is free.

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee
A fee is charged for Property Heating A metered fee is collected on departure.
Cleaning During Stay
