If you prefer to bring your own car you can have access to 1 parking spot in the building garage or park outside, there's plenty of free parking around the house. Suitable also for bikes or catching the bus, with a bus station 2 minutes walking from the house.

The apartment has an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, a large and comfortable living room with a dining table, which leads out onto a beautiful terrace with direct access to the communal pool area. It has a private lounge ideal for having breakfast outdoors, sunbathing or enjoying that book you can't put down. The common space is very spacious and calm with lots of chairs and sun loungers.

It's a calm zone near the center but with the privilege of the calm near the beach.

There are plenty of activities for everyone, local markets, a zoo, water parks, golf courses, water sports and plenty of beaches to explore.
