New Executive Private Cottage on Stunning Lake

4 season cottage built in 2008 on its own site overlooking stunning Eagle Lake with lake frontage, dock and launch ramp, and a private sandy beach with safe clean swimming area. The house was designed for private family vacations and takes full advantage of the lake and its fabulous scenery. It is accessed directly by a public road which is open all year round. The cottage has large public areas (kitchen, dining and great rooms) which create a relaxing feeling and open onto a large deck overlooking the lake, with patio furniture and a barbecue. There are 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 with large bunk beds) and 2.5 bathrooms. There is a basement boat room, which can also be used as a garage and storage area, by prior arrangement at reservation stage. Full heating and air cooling system, with fans in all rooms. The cottage has its own well.
