Smoking Policy

No smoking or drugs allowed in the unit or on the premises .

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 05:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. If unreasonably noisy, guest is fined 250.00. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 75.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: One Pet NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500.00 CAD.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of $250.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Parking

Parking is free.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.
