Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 400.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
