The windows are high-end German Engineered Unilux Premium Double-Tilt which means they have 2 sets of hinges so one can open it just slightly at the top (hinge at bottom of window) or swing wide open for maximum fresh air (hinge on the side); very cool. The entry level welcomes you inside from the garage or front door into the large foyer with shelving for organized outerwear, bench seat and cubbies. Also on this level is first of 3 bedrooms, and 3pc bathroom. Main floor is all living area and upstairs has a storage room, foyer that could be a good work - office area and then 2 more bedrooms. Large flat screen smart TV with Netflix built in. Sonos speaker easily paired to guests smart devices. Large covered patio with patio set and premium gas BBQ.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 175.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. With prior approval. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 5 or more days prior to arrival) Money orders & bank drafts must be in Canadian funds.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken. Damage waiver form is signed before check-in.
