Payment Methods

We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Discover Card, PayPal, Travelers Checks, Personal Check. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival), Venmo & Zelle accepted. Short notice requests can only be paid by Visa or Master Card. Any bank or financial Processing Fees are the Guest's responsibility. Rate listed is based on double occupancy. Additional per person Guest Fee ($40 per person/per night) will be applied for any Guests over 4. Fee Schedule is for Weekly Rate only. Contact owner for discounted Monthly Rate and the discounted additional per person Guest fee.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the rent. Monthly stays are confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the rent or 1 month(for multiple months rental).

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival along with Refundable Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Prior to 60 days, 20%of total cancellation fee is charged. Notice of cancellation must be in writing.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit is required. Security deposit is based on groups of four adults or less. Additional deposit may be required on larger groups. The Security Deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure when no damage is reported and as stated in Vacation Rental Agreement. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit. Optional Accidental Damage Ins. Available(ask owner) and will reduce refundable security deposit.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Early/Late check-in/check-out possible if schedule allows. Request must be made 30 days in advance.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM/Events are NOT Allowed

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Strict Supervision required as pool and waterfront are easily accessible.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements for responsible renter. Allow groups of families or couples. Hosting a function/party is not allowed. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund and loss of Refundable Security Deposit..

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. One well behaved pet is sometimes allowed for long term stays only and is considered on individual basis for an additional fee.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure. A One-time fee of $385 for stays of any number of nights or occupants is charged. Monthly stays require an Interim Light Cleaning every 2 weeks paid directly to Cleaning Service by Guests..If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
