Nicely updated interior, comfortably furnished. Good size master bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom also has queen bed & translucent panels to reduce any noise from the main floor. La Casa is located on Westside Road, two minutes from Fintry Provincial Park & Campground, about 30 minutes from the junction of highway 97C on the West side of the Kelowna bridge. From the North it is about 30 minutes from the junction of highway 97 near O Keefe Ranch & Spallumcheen Golf & Club. PETS: Pets are allowed at the owner's discretion. We will discuss your needs to ensure the property is the correct fit for all parties. NOTE: The garage is not available for guest use.

Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 61 or more days prior to arrival, 75 percent of all payments are refunded. Cancellation 31 - 60 days before arrival, a 50% refund is available. Cancellation 30 nights or less prior to arrival, there is no refund. If the owner is able to re-rent some or all of the nights, the cancellation penalty could be reduced.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.

NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
