Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of USD is due immediately.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash Short notice requests can only be paid by Email Money Transfer.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every Mon ,Wed ,Fri during a stay.
Pool Heat Policy & Fees
Pool heat is included in the rent.
Parking
Parking is free.
