This charming newly renovated vacation home is comfortable and quaint. It boasts two spacious bedrooms: Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a futon bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and double size bunk bed (double over double). Each room is tastefully furnished with modern comfort including ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. *LED Cable TV in master bedroom and living room. * Fully equipped Kitchen * Wi-Fi internet access * AIR CONDITIONING in bedrooms *Hot water * Washer *Housekeeping once per week at no extra cost * Secure gated private property with alarm system, security patrol, security cameras and motion sensor lights. Additional Services: *Airport pickup can be arranged at a low cost. Guest access *Reservation for up to 2 persons, only one bedroom will be available. The guest will have full access to the rest of the house. Special arrangements can be made for access to the second bedroom for additional cost. *Reservation for 3 or more persons, guest will have access to the entire house. Check-in 3pm to 6pm: Property Manager will greet the guest upon arrival. Check-in After 6pm: Self Check-in, check-in details will be provided upon booking. Property manager will provide a tour of the house and the local shops in the community. Please help yourself to some fruits on the fruits trees on the property grounds. Interaction with guests Property Manager will be readily available to answer any questions. Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 300 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 USD is due immediately. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
