Climatized villa,only 12 km south of Siena, with air conditioning, large garden, accomodates up to 20 people.
Ideal for family reunion, can also be rented partially in self catering suites.
Each suite has a master bedroom a ling with kitchenette, and a batrhoom.
Then there is a large kitchen and dining room for 24 people, with grand paino, HI-FY, VCR,etc..

The swimming pool is shared with the other units. A laundry service is available in-house for $10 US each wash, (ironing not included), there are also two laundry facilities in the village. Podernovo farmhouse is the oldest of San Fabiano farm, dating back to the late seventeen hundreds. It was beautifully restored with taste and all comforts. Outside, under a wooden roof, you can enjoy a barbecue or just relax in the shadow.
Around the house there is a fenced garden with a panoramic swimming pool with an Arbia valley view and a Siena skyline.
A gardener and a house keeper are at your service every day of your stay.
