This unique furnished eight bed room home is ideal for a family get together or a group of visitors up to 20, corporate personnel for meetings-seminars. The home is located just a 5 minute walk to the Port Hope beach. The home has a partial lake view. The home has 8 fully furnished bed rooms, a fully furnished kitchen, dine-in area., 2 bathrooms and a large play area. The home is centrally heated with high efficiency gas furnace and centrally air conditioned. Cable and internet are included. This is a well maintained home with all towels, lines and toiletries

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.75 percent surcharge. PayPal, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 120 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm. Guest pays a 50.00 fee if they check in after mid-night. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key. Key is provided at check in.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Fee of 50.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A security deposit of 50.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Per pet. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 55.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Parking
Parking is free.
