This is 1 of 4 suites in the house. All suites have King bedrooms and separate entrances. Easy walk to Front street restaurants and shops; Okanagan Beach and Marina, beginning of the Naramata Bench Wineries and the KVR Trail. On the Kettle Valley Railroad trail which is just across the street, you will find : gorgeous lake views, vineyards, trestle bridges and orchards. KVR Trail is right across the road . Public Pool at Community Centre is a 5 minute drive. The property is located at the beginning of the Naramata Bench where you can visit some of the best vineyards in the Okanagan. In fact the closest winery, Perseus is only 25 metres away. Munson Mountain is 1 kilometre which offers spectacular views of Okanagan Lake, Skaha Lake and Penticton and Naramata. BBQ is provided along with lovely outdoor eating areas. Common washer and dryer area.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 400 CAD per week booked. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
