Payment terms 50% to hold the dates and remaining 50% to be paid 30 days before check in. Bookings are final and will be subject to a $250 admin fee for any refunds of dates that are able to be re-rented if cancelation is needed.

Service & Security Fees Security/Damage Depoist is to be paid 24hrs prior to check in $1500 ($2500 for New Year's) All deposits are returned within 48hrs of check out in the same form in which they were paid. (less any cost for damage and or fines if applicable)

Pet Policy, Deposit & FeesPets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.

NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless. (Proof required)

Cleaning on Departure Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent

Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure.

Guest is asked to leave soiled linens & towels in the bathtub or shower.

The guest is expected to clean the BBQ. Extra charges could apply.

Guest is asked to start the dishwasher.

If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
