Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 28 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Cancellation 4 weeks prior to arrival, full refund. Cancellation 3 weeks prior to arrival, 75% refund. Cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival, 25% refund. No refund if cancelled 1 week prior to arrival.
