Comfortable newly rebuilt apartment with elevator is handicap accessible it sleeps five; it has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bath. The large awning covered balcony has great views of Taormina and the Bay of Naxos. WiFi Internet access is included and all of the furnishings are new and of good quality. The living room and bedroom both have ceiling fans. Some other nice touches include a glass block shower surround and Etna lava-stone floors throughout. The apartment is up and out of the noise and bustle of the seaside, but you can be on the beach or in the middle of the action in less than a 2-minute walk. There are views to the north and south of the unit. There is a building which blocks the view some what directly across the street, please see photos.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 EUR is due on arrival.

Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Airport Transfer Services & Fees
One-time fee of 60.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service. Fees are based on a one way transfer.
Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 25.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. Ask the owner. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Processing Fee (charged by owner)
One-time fee of 15.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants. OR 50% of fee charged by OWNER DIRECT whichever is higher
