Beautiful Condo less than two blocks from the beach. Come and enjoy this clean beautifully decorated condo which has a bonus roof top where you can see the sun set in the ocean. It is located in the Sabalo Country area of the Golden Zone and is less than two blocks from the ocean.

There is Plenty of night life just down the ways if you so desire and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The condo is in a relatively quiet street. In the morning you can go to the beach for a nice walk on the sand. Walking along the beach you might choose stop in one of the many various restaurants that line the beach and enjoy breakfast.

Our beautiful condo has two bedrooms, two baths, private laundry room, private roof deck, swimming pool and lounge area. Each room has air conditioner and fan for a comfortable stay.

The living room also has a modern sofa that converts to a queen bed. You can have up to 6 people stay at the condo. The kitchen is all electric and modern with stainless steel appliances.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Quiet Time Policy

10p.m. to 7 A.M. Pool can be used from 8:00 A.M.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Methods

Cheques Preferred. But also accept apps such as Wise etc., Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Cash, Personal Cheques. Simply communicate with us once you have reserved.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Smoking Policy

No smoking.

Payment Balance

For reservations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If balance and security is not paid by the due date, the booking will be automatically cancelled. You can re-reserve (re-apply initial deposit, you do not pay again)if you contact the owner and the unit is still available for that time slot, otherwise a different time slot can be arranged. Please remember this is a house and not a room in a hotel with revolving customers.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime your dates may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 45.00 USD per stay of 1 to 7 nights (one week) in duration and for each additional week or fraction. If you are staying long term, please contact host.

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee

Utilities are included. For long term stays, lower rates and utilities can be negotiated.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Parking

Parking is free.

Internet is included in the rent

Telephone Fee

The property does not have a phone.

Cleaning During Stay

The condo is cleaned prior your stay. If you want additional cleaning during your stay, you can request it for a fee.
