Also nice is the fact that the condo comes with a deck and gas barbecue which is nice if you want to just stay in and do some grilling (there is a supermarket next door for supplies). Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival the Owner portion of the rent will be refunded. If you cancel 16-30 days prior to arrival, 50% is refunded. If you cancel 15 days or less prior to arrival, the full amount is forfeited.
