Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbors.

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 200.0 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 8 Adults.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 140.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Club (country, golf, recreation ...) Access & Fees

Club house key is provided and a charge for nonrefundable applies.

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Booking Deposit

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 24 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500.00 USD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Telephone Fee

A fee is charged for this service. A metered fee is collected on departure. A guest must request this optional service. Outbound long distance calls are possible for a fee.
