This beautiful home is located on Bottleneck drive and is surrounded by sweeping vineyard views, and lush orchards and an outstanding 1300+ square foot patio which overlooks Lake Okanagan. Newly ADDED: Wood Fired Hot Tub! (Hot Tub only available for use from October - April - Not open in Summer Months due to Fire Ban) Absolutely no weddings or events allowed in the home. The home is deep cleaned, sanitized and special safety precautions are met at all times. You have access to the entire house and lakefront. Please adhere to our recommendations for the safest way to access the lake which will be provided upon check in. Please adhere to current COVID-19 restrictions by checking the government website for up to date information.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Email Money Transfer, Stripe
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 CAD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 4 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 05:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Check In/Out times are not flexible. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 09:00 PM To 08:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are no requirements. Allow groups of families or couples.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 250.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 600.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
