The apartment is two rooms independent – 50 Sq meters – formed by a bedroom, a living room(OPEN SPACE) with barrel vaults, kitchen and bathroom with shower and hair dryer. The apartment is elegantly furnished and provided with independent heating system . Into the living room -open space- there are two single beds. (Total Sleeping: four). The cooking area has all cooking facilities for self-catering, including oven and fridge, there is also a washing machine which use is 'On Request", and color TV set. The apartment is surrounded by a typical Sorrento’s citrus grove and centuries-old olive trees, in a totally noise free environment. The mean feature of the apartment is the quietness, as it is immersed into the green in a noiseless spot far away from the City traffic, tough it is positioned only few hundred meters far from the Main Square.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.

Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 EUR is due on arrival.

Cleaning on Departure

One-time fee of 20.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort One-time fee of 15.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Check-in is not possible after 9 pm. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Free Shuttle Service

A free shuttle service is available to take the guests from the apartment to the city center and viceversa. Such service is available on daily basis from April 1st till October 31st : from 0900 to 1100 and from 1600 to 2400 hours

Tourist Tax : From April 1st till October 31st the Tourist Tax is 4 (Four ) euro per person, per night, for all guests above 18 years old for a maximum of 7 (seven) nights
