This 2-Bed 1-Bath House can accommodate 3 guests for a minimum of 3 nights.

Immersed into the green and surrounded by century-old olive trees and citrus grove and is reachable by means of an ancient Roman road. The structure is an ancient farmhouse built in the 1700's. In 2016, it was restored, but still preserving the original features, such as arches, walls, roofs, barrel-vaults and it is provided with all comforts required for a pleasant holiday. The tranquility and the relaxation of the guests are fully guaranteed as the house is accessible only through a private iron gateway. Sorrento itself is a famous Italian upscale seaside resort town where the main industry is tourism and craftsmanship, and in particular the manufacturing of inlaid wood, local speciality foods such as cheese, olive oil and walnuts and a lemon liqueur called Limoncello. The structure is family manned and the Owners will be happy to accommodate the guests as family friends. The Owners will be honored to assist the Guests in planning excursions on their own or through the Professional Agencies available in Sorrento. It is possible to rent scooters or cars directly from the Residence or thru an Agency in Sorrento. The acommodation is a 35 square meters two rooms apartment. There is a bed room with a double bed and a living room -Open Space type-which has a single bed and a kitchen area with all the utensils for selfcatering , including frigo and oven. There is TV and feree WIFI. Outside there is a patio with table, chairs and umbrella to enjoy the meals and relax.

Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Check-in is not possible after 10 pm. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 EUR cancellation fee) are refunded.

Parking is free in the street nearby the apartment. We have an agreement with a guarded parking 500 meters far from the house at the cost of 20 euro per day.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. It is possible to smoke outside into the garden.

Airport Transfer Services & Fees

A guest must request this optional service which will be charged.

Linen

The linen is changed every week free of charge. Extra changes can be made but are charged accordingly at the cost of 10 Euro.

Cleaning During Stay

The guest will find the apartment clean on arrival. A fee is charged for this service. Additional cleaning can be done, on request, but it will be charged.

Electricity, and heating, are free of charge.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Payment Methods

Payments can be done : via PAYPAL. Cash or Bank to Bank transfer.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 0 days of departure.

Cleaning on Departure

Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort One-time fee of 2000 for stays of any number of nights or occupants.One-time fee of 15,00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Free shuttle Service

From April 1st till October 31st a free shuttle service is provided for the guest to take them from the apartment to the city center and viceversa. Such service is operative every day from 0900 till 1100 and from 1600 to 2400

Tourist Tax : From April 1st till October 31st the Tourist Tax is 4 (Four ) euro per person, per night, for all guests above 18 years old for a maximum of 7 (seven) nights
