This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom property with a private hot tub and barbeque on the balcony just off of the living room. There are large windows that let in plenty of sunshine from the Morrisey side, perfect for getting you in the mood for a great holiday (be it summer or winter)! The master bedroom features a queen bed, and the second bedroom features a tri-bunk. The full bathroom is located off of the kitchen, which is open concept to the dining area and living room, making this home the perfect choice for a small family trip. This is a pet friendly property, so if you'd like to bring your fuzzy family member please leave a note while making your booking request. A non-refundable pet fee of $75+tax will apply which covers the entire duration of your stay. This home is limited to a maximum of 2 pets at a maximum of 25 lbs each. Location Highlights: Settler's Crossing is a great complex that ranges from studio apartments to three-storey condos, so you're bound to find a place suitable for your next holiday. Settler's Crossing is located in the East Village which means the complex is ski-in/ski-out by way of the Orient and Morrisey chairlifts. It is approximately a 10 - 15 minute walk to the main village or just a short drive. The next closest complexes are Stone's Throw and Echo Landing, which sandwich Settler's Crossing on both sides, so if you want family or friends to book close by there's essentially triple the options. Settler's Crossing has a few underground parkades with a clearance height of 2.29m (7'6"). There are signs on the outside of each parkade indicating which units have parking stalls for that parkade. There is a small temporary parking zone for the purpose of loading/unloading to the left side of the entrance of the complex. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, use the Rambler run to connect to the East Village Ski Way, and get on Hasta La Vista to return to the complex. From the top of Orient, you can take Hasta La Vista directly down. Alternatively, the East Village Ski Way can be used to access the next complex over and it's just a short walk back to Settler's Crossing. To ski-out, from the lower-numbered side of the complex, pass the trees to hop on Hasta La Vista and under the Skier Underpass to get to the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. Alternatively, walking to these chairlifts takes approximately 3 - 5 minutes.

This lovely condo provides plenty of room for an extended family on three levels marked by quality furnishings. It's located at the end nearest to the village of the Trapper's Landing townhomes making it an easy short walk to the village, while still providing great ski in and out to Morrisey chair. Trapper's Landing is located about 7 minutes walk from the village just opposite the Morrisey chairlift. The Morrisey Connector ski run runs alongside it's east end allowing for easy ski in and out. The quality craftsmanship of this condo complex is obvious upon sight and it's great ski in/out access to Morrisey makes for excellent ski season rental accommodations.

This lovely two bedroom condo located in the heart of the Village features excellent ski in and out with a wonderful Tod Mountain view from a large private deck. Located near the elevator entrance it's also easy in and out access to the Fireside Lodge. With one queen bed in the 1st bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom & a queen sofa bed in the living room, it sleeps enough for a small family or a group of friends. The Fireside Lodge complex is centrally located in the heart of the Sun Peaks Resort village, close to all lifts and village shops, restaurants and bars. There are also shops and a restaurant directly on site. The complex is located across the street from the Village recreation center and there is a lake only fifteen minutes away. There is secure underground parking with elevators directly to the units. Powder Hounds Restaurant, located inside the Lodge, is a local's favorite.

This Snow Creek Village Condo is a lovely one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with a private hot tub and fantastic ski-in/ski-out access. This is a great option either as a romantic couple's getaway, or even for a small family trip. And let us know if you'd like to bring a dog as this home allows one dog for a minor pet fee. You'll be conveniently located just a short walk away from the main village but still have a sense of privacy thanks to being surrounded by the forestry behind the home. You can relax after a long day of play in your private hot tub which has a unique brick appearance. There's also a private barbeque for your use as well. Perfect for a family trip, or for the gamers at heart, the homeowners have provided an Xbox 360 with over 20 games and a collection of over 20 DVDs for your enjoyment. This home features a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), and single sofabed in the living room. Snow Creek Village is widely considered to have the best ski-in ski-out access across all of Sun Peaks, so if you're an avid skier or boarder this will be the ideal location for you. Located right next to the soccer field and small children's playground, if you're visiting in the summer and you've got little ones in your family (or fur babies!) you'll love being right next to a fun spot they can tucker themselves out at. You're also just across the cul-de-sac from the Sun Peaks Sports Complex, which features the outdoor skating rink (used as a ball hockey/basketball court in the summer), tennis courts, and an outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. You can access the Valley Trail either just across from the complex's entrance or just past the playground, and just a short 2-minute stroll will get you to the main village where you can check out all of the restaurants and shops that Sun Peaks has to offer, or head down to Village Day Lodge and main ski lifts!

This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo located on the top floor of the building, which is situated in the heart of the village with ski-in/ski-out from the Lodge's main door. This unit has a full kitchen, dining area and living room space, making it perfect for a weekend get-away or those longer mountain stays. From the private balcony's seating area you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or tea and enjoy a beautiful sunrise peeking over the valley. The home has a king bed in the bedroom, and a queen sofa-bed in the living room. Enjoy the large wall mounted flat screen TV while bundled up on the couch, and turn on the fireplace for an added level of comfort. Guests have access to the 10 person shared hot tub located on the 1st floor of the building and coin operated laundry rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Location Highlights: Fireside Lodge is located at the top of the main village which provides easy and convenient access to the best restaurants and shopping Sun Peaks has to offer, not to mention the ski-in/out access to the main lifts. On the ground level of the building is Powder Hounds restaurant, famous for their take on German schnitzel dishes, as well as 5forty Cafe which is a local's hotspot, and Creekside Critters, a pet supplies store. The building has an underground parkade as well as a ski locker room and outdoor private hot tub area. Right across from the building is the Play Area which in the summer has a picnic table, cornhole (AKA beanbag toss), table tennis, a giant chess set/checkerboard and occasionally giant Connect-4. Take a look and see which game of the day interests you most. If you exit from the top of the village you can follow the valley trail over to the Sports Complex, which features the ice skating rink (which doubles as a basketball court in the summer), a swimming pool, tennis courts, a soccer field and children's playground.

Crystal Forest is a long-time favourite choice of families. This complex provides private condos while still being just a short 3 - 5 minute walk to the main village. If you don't want to be directly in the main village but still have the convenience of being close by, this complex is a great option. Crystal Forest has a unique feature of a courtyard in the middle of the complex with privacy from the main road. The next closest complexes are McGillivray Creek across the street, Trail's Edge to one side, and Forest Trails diagonally across the street. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance or Orient, take any run that connects to Mt Morrisey Connector which will bring you behind the complex. To ski-out, take the Valley Trail behind the complex to the Mt Morrisey Connector. This will take you to both the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. Alternatively, it's approximately a 3 - 5 minute walk to the top of the main village where you can ski or board down to the Sundance and Sunburst chairlifts.

This is a lovely, bright two-bedroom, three-bathroom home with a sleeping den and private hot tub. With huge flat screen TVs in the living room, den, and both bedrooms, your inner movie lover will definitely have a great vacation (not to mention all the fun you can have outdoors!). Just off of the living room is a spacious private balcony with Adirondack seating, and around the back of the home is your private hot tub. This Fireside Lodge unit is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo situated right in the heart of the village (with extremely easy access to ski-in/ski-out!) with a neutral colour scheme that allows the sunlight to bounce off of the lighter walls and floors, keeping this home bright and lively. From your private balcony you've got a great view of Mt. Tod across the way, and a view of the village down below. This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom, two queens beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sofabed in the living room. With seating for 6 at the dining table, this property is a great option for entertaining while still being affordable for a family.

This Chalet is a beautiful and lovingly cared for three-bedroom, three-bathroom chalet just before the corner of Fairways and Mountainview with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The ground level features a 2-car garage with room for ski storage or biking storage, a large mudroom, and the main entrance to the home. The second level features the open concept kitchen, dining area and living room, the second and third bedrooms, as well as a full bathroom and a half bathroom (AKA powder room). This level also has the insuite laundry facilities (washer/dryer and ironing board). Off of the main living area is a huge and spacious wraparound deck with access to the propane barbeque, the large private hot tub, and unbelievable views of the Burfield, Sundance and Sunburst mountains and runs. Located right along the base of Mt Morrisey, most homes feature beautiful views of Morrisey and Mt Tod and those along Morrisey will also likely offer ski-in opportunities via the Fairways Ski-Back cutoff. Fairways Drive stretches from just below the village to just before the base of Burfield, so walking to the village could be anywhere from 3 to 20 minutes depending on where on Fairways you are. The same is true if you're looking to walk to the Burfield chairlift. Most properties on Fairways Drive will be ski-in by using the Fairways Ski-Back cut-off, which can be reached from various green/blue/black runs.

I choose this condo because it had 4 bedrooms with either a double or queen bed and all 4 couples had their own space. The property was as advertised, the only surprises were good ones. Kitchen was fully equipped and the open floor on the main level allowed us to all enjoy each others company. "[The Property Manager]" was easy to contact with questions pre-arrival and our lift tickets were waiting for us at the condo as promised. This condo is truly ski-in, ski-out. Parking passes are provided but we walked to town. After a full day on the slopes we barbequed our steaks on the patio and then relaxed in the hot tub. The condo was very spacious and as well as 4 bathrooms there were racks in the laundry room for drying for your ski/snowboarding gear and space to store your gear in the attached garage. This Trail's Edge unit is a beautifully sunlit and spacious four-bedroom, four-bathroom home able to sleep up to 12. The den features a foosball table, access to the private hot tub just outside, and a TV above the fireplace so the kids and teens can enjoy a movie night downstairs while the adults enjoy some peace upstairs. This complex is located just across the street from the Sun Peaks Sports Complex which features an outdoor skating rink in the winter (used as a ball hockey and basketball court in the summer), tennis courts, and an outdoor swimming pool available during the summer months. Right next to the Kookaburra Lodge, you'll also just be a short walk away from the Voyageur Bistro, noted for it's traditional Canadian cuisine, the Sun Peaks Spa, and Black Beaver Athletics. The Village Day Lodge and main ski lifts are easily accessible with a walk across the street, or if you'd like to take the scenic route you can go behind the complex and take the Valley Trail. You can ski-in nearly right to the complex from the Sundance Express chairlift or from the Village Platter - just cross the street and you're home. Each property at Timberline has a designated parking stall which is numbered the same as their unit. This cute and cozy unit is located on the backside of the Timberline Village complex giving it a bigger sense of privacy with the forest being just outside your door, but still only a couple of minutes walk to the main village. This murphy bed studio is perfect for a solo adventurer or for a couple's trip as you still have a large full kitchen, a flatscreen TV and a fireplace to relax in front of. Timberline Village is another mountain hideaway filled with all the conveniences and extras. These units offer guests the space and freedom of a home in the mountains. Offering ski in and out ability, these units are located right next to the Sports Centre and has the Village core at your fingertips. After a day out on the slopes you can ski in, put your feet up and relax. Ski-in access is available via Gentle Giant from either the Village Platter or the Sundance Express Chairlift. Ski-out access is available to both the Sundance Express Chairlift and the Sunburst Express Chairlift.

In the winter this becomes part of the Hasta La Vista run which can lead you back to the complex or down to the Orient and Morrisey Express chairlifts. Located next to the Settler's Crossing and Echo Landing complexes, this means that if you want family or friends to book close by, there's essentially triple the options. For ski-out, you can hop on to Hasta La Vista from the west side of the complex, or East Village Ski Way from the east side of the complex, and take it down to the Orient and Morrisey Express chairlifts. For ski-in from the Morrisey Express, there are a variety of runs that lead back to the base of the hill and from there it's either a short walk back to Stone's Throw, or hit the Orient Express and follow ski-in from Hasta La Vista!

Snow Creek Village is widely considered to have the best ski-in/ski-out access across the entire resort, and is often the most desired property location. If you're an avid skier or boarder, this will be the ideal vacation spot for you. Located just across the street from the Sports Complex, which features a soccer field, children's playground, tennis courts, and the new, open air ice skating rink, Snow Creek Village offers extreme convenience for those looking to have a fun and active holiday. Following the valley trail past the Sports Complex leads directly to the main village, just a short walk away. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, take Rambler to get on Gentle Giant where you can cut off about halfway down to behind the complex. To ski out, follow the Valley Trail along the Sports Complex directly to the top of the main village where you can ski or board down to the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts.

This is a wheelchair accessible single-level unit on the second floor of this newly constructed building located at the base of Sun Peaks. If you love the ski-in/ski-out features of Burfield, this is the perfect property for you. This is a modern, luxurious 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo with a private hot tub on the balcony which is accessed off of the living room. This Fireside Lodge unit is situated on the second floor in the South West corner of the building directly above the Powder Hounds restaurant. If your party tends to go to sleep early and rise early, please be aware that on Friday & Saturday nights and on special event evenings, live or louder music is played until 11:30 pm. There is insulation and some guests have indicated they found the festivities below to be inconsequential. Many guests will enjoy joining the fun before taking one quick flight of stairs to get home. However, if your group is likely to be very noise sensitive, weekend bookings during the height of the winter or summer concert season may not be ideal for you. The Fireside Lodge complex is centrally located in the heart of the Sun Peaks Resort village, close to all lifts and village shops, restaurants and bars. There are also shops and a restaurant directly on site. The complex is located across the street from the Village recreation center and there is a lake only fifteen minutes away. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, use Rambler to get on the Mt Morrisey Connector which travels along the back of the complex. To ski out, hop on the Mt Morrisey Connector and ski/board down to the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. Alternatively, you can follow the Valley Trail down to the main village where the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts are, which is approximately a 5 minute walk.

You can also take Rambler down to Mt Morrisey Connector which will take you to the Morrisey Express which is just a short walk back to the complex, or you can take the East Village Ski Way and branch off at many connecting runs, such as Carpe Diem, Hasta La Vista, Czesc, and more, which will also get you on to the Mt Morrisey Connector. For ski-out, you can either take the last bit of the East Village Ski Way run or take a short walk to the skier underpass where you can hop on the Orient Express or Morrisey Express. This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo spread across two storeys with ground-level access. Out front of the property is your private hot tub and terrace area where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air, and convenient access to the walking path around the back of the complex.  The main level of this home features the full kitchen, dining area, and living room with a lovely fireplace, as well as a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. You can also access the hot tub directly from the living area's sliding door. Upstairs, the top level features the in-suite laundry, both of the bedrooms, another full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a balcony off of the master bedroom. This home features a queen bed in the master bedroom, and a double-over-queen bunkbed in the second bedroom. This is a pet friendly property, so if you'd like to bring your fuzzy family member please leave a note while making your booking request. A non-refundable pet fee of $75+tax will apply which covers the entire duration of your stay. This home is limited to a maximum of 1 medium-to-large dog, OR 2 lap dogs, OR 1 cat. Location Highlights: Crystal Forest is a long-time favourite choice of families. This complex provides private condos while still being just a short 3 - 5 minute walk to the main village. If you don't want to be directly in the main village but still have the convenience of being close by, this complex is a great option. Crystal Forest has a unique feature of a courtyard in the middle of the complex with privacy from the main road. The next closest complexes are McGillivray Creek across the street, Trail's Edge to one side, and Forest Trails diagonally across the street. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance or Orient, take any run that connects to Mt Morrisey Connector which will bring you behind the complex. To ski-out, take the Valley Trail behind the complex to the Mt Morrisey Connector. This will take you to both the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. Alternatively, it's approximately a 3 - 5 minute walk to the top of the main village where you can ski or board down to the Sundance and Sunburst chairlifts.

This Village Walk unit is a super spacious three-bedroom, four-bathroom home with over 2,300 sq ft across three storeys. This home is a great option for a large family gathering, or a reunion of friends. The dining area seats up to 13 people and the lavish open concept design allows everyone to feel connected while still able to have their own space to relax. A brand new private hot tub was installed in October 2018 so you can take a luxurious dip after a long day on the slopes (or after a round of golf, depending on the season you visit!). You are just across the street from the outdoor skating rink, which you can even see right from your living room. If you'd rather stay nice and toasty, you can relax by the fireplace and enjoy a movie night in instead. This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two sets of bunkbeds in the third bedroom. This home has a base capacity of 6. For any adults past the base capacity, $40 per person per night will be added to the final price. For large groups of adults only, a pre-booking interview over the phone will be required before the booking is confirmed to ensure the group understands the municipality’s noise and parking bylaws. If the booking is accepted, a damage deposit may be required. Please contact us if you have any questions.
